The design of prototype proposals for a sports based leisure resort, and its implementation for 4 no. specific sites in the UK and Denmark. The proposal comprises both indoor and outdoor facilities, including: tennis and other racquet sports, spa, health and fitness, football academy, extreme sports, boating, golf, water park, indoor bowling, multiplex cinema, sports retail, bars and restaurants, 2no hotels (320 beds total), resort apartments (up to 800 units), typically within a site of around 65 acres in area.
