This project, completed at the end of 2008, involved the part demolition, stripping back to frame and conversion / extension of an existing 1960’s six story building, overlooking the River Thames in Thames Ditton, opposite Hampton Court Palace, together with the construction of a multi-level car park. A total of 116 rooms were provided, together with health & fitness, restaurant and conference facilities. The hotel is operated by the developer, Sun Hotels, under a four star Holiday Inn franchise. DEB acted for both the developer and the contractor, Willmott Dixon during different stages of the project.
