The design is for a new mixed use building providing a 120 bedroom Hampton by Hilton, a 200 seat banqueting suite and a 390 sq m office floor, all within (one) a single structure generating an eleven storey tower on the site of an existing five storey office building in Dingwall Road, Croydon, close to East Croydon Station. The project is currently under construction.
